"Because we could sense the honesty and integrity in our communications with Kevin from the start we decided to pursue the cross country purchase of our first RV. Kevin went to extreme lengths to ensure that our purchase of a consigned RV over the internet was as smooth as possible. He provided numerous detailed digital photographs via e-mail to provide the best possible picture of the unit that we ultimately purchased. He addressed all of our concerns with the unit through the previous owner and ensured that the unit was fit for cross country travel when we arrived to pick it up. Nora was always cordial and she was instrumental in ensuring that all of the required documentation met with our state's requirements prior to our departure from MA. When we first saw the unit, my wife and I were both pleasantly surprised and commented that it was nicer in real life than in the pictures. Jeff in the service department, a transplanted New Englander from Ledyard, CT was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering our technical questions and extended warranty questions. Despite not being able to use his services in person in the future, we plan to consult with him long distance from MA for our future maintenance work. Lastly, we'd like to acknowledge the people in the parts department and in the dealer prep yard who did everything they could to ensure we were all set up for our initial cross country trip in the RV back to New England. Without a doubt, despite our inital fears of making a purchase this big from 3000 miles away, we feel that we found a top notch dealership with an exteremely friendly and helpful staff, and made the best deal possible for us."
