RENTAL RV RENTAL
JUST THE FACTS
These pages will help you know
what to expect with your RV rental, please see the policy page for an in depth run down.
1. You will have a minimum $500 Security deposit
2. Your $500 Security deposit will be
refunded less any expenses, 1 to 2 weeks after your rental.
3. Your damage deposit will be run through
with the rest of your rental expenses two weeks prior to your departure.
4. Your Security deposit might show up on
your credit card billing it just depends on when your cycle ends.
5. Your rental coach must come back clean
on the inside, we will dump, fuel and propane your rv upon it's return (cost of
fuel and propane extra)
6. You may pick up your coach the day
before your rental between 2 and 4 PM (by appointment only) at no charge and you must have your coach
back prior to noon the day after your trip. These non-charged days are a courtesy and we have the right to change
times for pick up or drop off.
7. If you don't receive your confirmation
via E mail please give us a call.
8. Rentals that take place with in a two
week time frame from day of booking will be charged the entire amount that day.
8. There is never a refund for unused days
but there is for mileage.
8A. Cancellations that take
place before the trip is paid for (two week time frame before trip) will
forfeit the $100 reservation deposit. Cancellations that take place within two
weeks of trip will receive a credit for the whole amount of their trip to be
used within a time frame of 1 year from cancelled trip. There is NO refund on
canceled trips during this two week time frame but we do issue a credit for a
future trip.
9. It is up to the renter to get there
insurance binder or purchase insurance off the Internet (MBACHOICE.COM). If insurance is not in our office on departure day
we will purchase it for you at a charge of $18 per day.
10. Your $100 reservation deposit is
nonrefundable IF YOU CANCEL.
11. If you have a break down or a problem
with your coach COMMON SENSE MUST APPLY, magic cannot be performed over the
phone, you the renter must lend a hand in the servicing of the coach.
12. You will receive 100 free miles per
day and pay .40 per mile there after, diesel RVs are at .60 per mile. If your trip averages more than 200 miles per
day you will be charged a one time $75 mileage surcharge up to 299 miles per
day, 300 to 399 the surcharge is $150.00 and over 400 miles per day the
surcharge will be $400.
13. DO NOT GIVE US
A CREDIT CARD THAT WILL BE DECLINED WHEN YOUR BALANCE IS DUE, THIS MAY
JEOPARDIZE YOUR RESERVATION. Remember we will automatically charge your
card two weeks prior to your departure for your trip. If the credit card you
have given us IS DECLINED at that time your reservation may be canceled.
14. YOU WILL HAVE A GOOD TIME IF YOU
